OUR SERVICES

Our main offices in both Antrim and Newtownabbey are open:

Monday – 9am-4pm

Tuesday – 9am-7pm

Wednesday – 9am-1pm

Thursday – 9am-4pm

Friday – 9am-2:30pm

(closed for lunch 1-1:30)

We are funded by Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council to deliver our core service. We also work in partnership with other organisations to deliver the best service we can to the people who need it.

ADVICE4HEALTH

The Advice4health Project is a referral based service that ensures a quality advice service is accessible to individuals with mental or physical health issues and addictions who need support in accessing advice services. We take referrals from health professionals within the statutory sector and those working in community settings.

The Project is delivered in a range of health and community settings across the Northern Trust area.

The Advice4Health Project is delivered in partnership with the Public Health Agency (Northern Office).

MACMILLAN BENEFIT UPTAKE

We work in partnership with Macmillan Cancer Care and Northern Health & Social Care Trust to provide a benefit uptake service for people affected by cancer.

The service is for cancer patients and their families/carers where the patient is at the diagnosis, treatment or end of life stage in their cancer journey.

Referrals to the service are made by contacting the Macmillan Citizens Advice team on 03001233233 or macmillancab@citizensadvice.co.uk.

WELFARE REFORM

The independent Welfare Changes Advice Service, is operated in partnership with the Welfare Reform Advice Services Consortium led by Citizens Advice NI.

It has been set up to support anyone needing help or advice about any of the changes to the welfare system.

PENSION WISE

Pension wise is a free and impartial government guidance service to help you understand what you can do with your pension pot.

People now have more choice than ever when it comes to their pension, and the complexity of the various products means it’s vital to understand the options available.

MONEY ADVICE SERVICE

Debt Advice is delivered in partnership with Citizens Advice NI and MAS.

We support people who need help with their debt problems.
